Refund & Cancellation Policy
Events & Buyouts
Deposits for private events or venue buyouts are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. While deposits cannot be refunded, we may, at our discretion, apply them toward a future booking.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final. Gift cards cannot be refunded, returned, or redeemed for cash except as required by law.
